Virtual care services are either online serves via secure HIPAA compliant video interaction, telephone visits, medication management, and care coordination. Once you've indicated with our reception that you would prefer a virtual visit we will indicate on the schedule that it is to be virtual. One of our clinical staff will contact you to get some initial data for our clinicians. You will then be sent a link that will allow for our clinicians to interact with you via video or telephone. Once you have opened the link the system will let us know that you are ready to be seen. Your clinical provider will then open the visit.
It is preferred to have video as well as audio telemedicine as this provides both us and the patient with a more intimate experience.
If our clinicians discover that it would be better to have an in person visit we will invite our patients to come to the clinic usually on the same day to be physically evaluated.
